Add Watermarks to Image

Add multiple text or logo watermarks to protect your photos.

About the Multi-Watermark Tool

Our free online Image Watermark tool is an advanced utility designed to help photographers, designers, and e-commerce business owners protect their intellectual property. Whether you need to slap a copyright notice across a wedding photograph or place your company's transparent logo in the corner of a product shot, this tool handles it effortlessly.

Why Should I Watermark My Images?

Image theft is remarkably common on the internet. Once you upload an unprotected photograph to a social media feed or a public gallery, anyone can right-click, save it, and re-upload it as their own. Watermarks—either your name, a copyright icon (©), or a brand logo—serve two massive purposes:

  1. Deterrence: A prominent watermark deters casual art theft and prevents bots from scraping your images for unauthorized commercial use.
  2. Brand Recognition: When your photo goes viral or is shared repeatedly across Pinterest and Facebook, a well-placed watermark guarantees that viewers can trace the image back to you, driving traffic and potential clients to your business.

Advanced "Layer" Editing Features

Unlike basic tools that only let you add one line of text, our tool uses a sophisticated "Layers" system, allowing you to add as many different watermarks as you need to a single image simultaneously.

  • Add Text Layer: Type your copyright text. You can completely customize the size, choose a custom hexadecimal color to match the image, and pull back the opacity so the text becomes a subtle, semi-transparent ghost imprint over the photo.
  • Add Logo Layer: Do you have a transparent PNG of your brand's logo? Upload it as an image layer. You can perfectly shrink, rotate, and position it without losing transparent background data.
  • Repeating "Tile" Mode: If you are protecting a highly valuable graphic, placing a single watermark in the corner is not enough (a thief could just crop the corner off). Select the "Tile (Repeated)" position option. This will duplicate your watermark into a grid, covering the entire image from edge to edge in repeated stamps.

How to Master the X and Y Offsets

If you select "Bottom Right" as your position, the watermark will snap perfectly to the corner. However, this often looks too crowded. Use the Offset X (horizontal shifting) and Offset Y (vertical shifting) boxes to push the watermark away from the strict edge, giving it professional "breathing room" in negative space.

Local Processing Privacy Guarantee: Professional photography and unreleased product shots are highly valuable assets. For absolute security, our tool processes all watermarking algorithms using HTML5 Canvas directly via your computer's RAM. Your images are never transmitted to an external server, guaranteeing that nobody else can view them or intercept your master files.
